Crownview Psychiatric Institute provides personalized residential treatment and comprehensive wraparound support for adults (age 18 and above) who have been struggling with mental and behavioral health conditions
Most of the people who receive care at our center have a primary diagnosis of a mental health disorder. However, we also serve adults who turn to us for help with substance use concerns usually as a form of self-medicating.
We specialize in caring for adults who have acute needs related to psychosis, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, impulse control, and emotional dysregulation. Our programming also includes several beneficial options for clients who have a history of trauma.
The following are examples of the many disorders that clients may receive care for at Crownview:
- Anxiety disorders
- Bipolar disorder
- Borderline personality disorder (BPD)
- Depressive disorders
- Impulse control disorders
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Schizoaffective disorder
- Schizophrenia
Please note that this is a representative list of the disorders that we treat. It is not a comprehensive accounting of every concern that a person can get help for at our center.
If someone that you care about has been experiencing significant distress due to a disorder that you don’t see listed above, please contact us directly.
We base all admissions decisions on a thorough review of each person’s unique history and needs. We want to be sure that our center is the best place for each prospective new client. If, during this initial assessment, we determine that a person may be better served by another provider, we will work with the individual and their family to make the most appropriate referral.
